Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Crushed peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons Butter optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sugar Syrup

  • Combine water and sugar in the saucepan over medium heat.
  • Mix it around until the sugar melts and it starts to boil.

Mix in the Flour

  • Gradually add flour while continuously stirring to prevent lumps.
  • Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

Add the Peanuts

  • Stir in the crushed peanuts and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
  • If using butter, add it now for a richer flavor.

Set the Mixture

  • Pour the hot mixture into molds or small bowls.
  • Sit at room temperature to cool down.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, skip the butter or use a plant-based substitute.
  • Ensure the mixture is not overcooked to maintain a soft texture.
