  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup Oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Mixing the Marinade

  • In your large mixing bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil.
  • Whisk these together until you get a smooth, inviting marinade.

Prepping the Wings

  • After washing the chicken wings, dry them with paper towels.
  • Place the wings in the marinade and make sure they’re fully coated.

Baking to Perfection

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
