- 1 medium head Cabbage shredded
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 can 14 oz Diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Prep the Veggies
In your large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Add them to the pan and cook until soft and fragrant.
Add Tomatoes and Seasonings
Stir in the can of diced tomatoes, including the juice, for that lovely saucy consistency.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Combine everything thoroughly.
