- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Butter cold and cubed
- 4-5 tablespoons Water
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Bell pepper finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
- 1 Egg beaten (for egg wash)
Making the Dough
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and a pinch of salt.
