Ingredients
  

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup diced white onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 seeded jalapeño peppers
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
 

Preparing the Base

  • Place the quartered tomatoes, chopped cilantro, diced onion, minced garlic, and seeded jalapeños into the blender.
  • Pour in the lime juice, sprinkle the salt and cumin.

Blending to Perfection

  • Pulse the blender a few times to get the ingredients mixed.
  • Blend until you reach your desired consistency. Although some people like it chunky, others like it smooth. You do you!
  • Remember, blending too much can turn your salsa into soup. Unless you’re into that sort of thing – no judgment here!
