Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Melted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Wet Ingredients

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan lightly.
  • Make the bananas smooth in a large bowl by mashing them.
  • Stir in the melted butter.
  • Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine the Dry Ingredients

  • Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk.

Mix and Bake

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix, stirring until the flour disappears.
  • You can add chocolate chips and peanuts if you want.
  • Just put the batter in the cake pan when it’s ready.
  • Put it in the oven for an hour or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
  • The bread should cool in the pan for 10 minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way through.

Notes

  • For an extra banana flavor, add a fourth banana.
  • If you like a crunch, toss in some more nuts.
  • Watch your bread carefully because oven temperatures can change!
