Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 loaf Ciabatta or baguette
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Bread

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). While it heats, slice the bread into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  • Lightly brush each bread slice with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Toast the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Mix the Toppings

  • In another bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with a little olive oil and basil.

Assemble the Bruschetta
