Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Prepare Your Ingredients

  • Use a damp paper towel to clean your mushrooms first. Slice them evenly.
  • Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Cook the Aromatics
