Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Ground sausage
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

Form the Sausage Mixture

  • In your large mixing bowl, combine ground sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, red bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything together until well combined.

Shape the Ring

  • On your parchment-lined baking sheet, shape the sausage mixture into a ring, smoothing out any bumps or uneven spots.

Bake the Ring

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
