- 400 grams Noodles Udon or Ramen
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 6 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 4 Spring Onions chopped (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds for garnish
Boil the Noodles
Bring a big pot of water to a boil.
Add the noodles and cook them according to the directions on the package until they are al dente.
Drain the noodles and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Sauce
