Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams Noodles Udon or Ramen
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 4 Spring Onions chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

Boil the Noodles

  • Bring a big pot of water to a boil.
  • Add the noodles and cook them according to the directions on the package until they are al dente.
  • Drain the noodles and set aside.

Prepare the Garlic Sauce

  • Warm the olive oil over medium-low heat in a big pan or wok.
  • When you add the chopped garlic, cook until it turns brown and smells good.
  • Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar and mix well.gar. Mix until the sugar dissolves.

Combine Noodles and Sauce

  • Add the boiled noodles to the skillet with the garlic sauce.
  • Toss well to ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
  • Mix the flavors for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Garnish and Serve

  • Transfer the noodles to a serving dish.
  • Put chopped spring onions and sesame seeds on top.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the burst of flavors!
