- 3 lbs Beef chuck roast
- 3 tablespoons Chipotle peppers in adobo
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 2 Bay leaves
Prepare the Beef
Trim the beef chuck roast of excess fat and cut into large chunks.
