- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 cans 10 oz each Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 32 oz Tater tots

Preparation of the Meat Layer
