Ingredients
  

  • 4 large pieces White fish fillets
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 8 Mini burger buns
  • 8 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes sliced
  • To serve Tartar sauce

Instructions
 

Step 1 – Prepare the Fish

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • After dipping each fillet in beaten eggs, coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Note: Ensure each fillet is evenly coated for that perfect crunch.

Step 2 – Fry the Fish

  • To make the oil, heat it up to 375°F (190°C) in a pan or pot.
  • Carefully put the pieces that have been breaded into the hot oil.
  • It will take about 4 to 5 minutes on each side to fry until golden brown.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Warning: Keep a close eye on the oil temperature to avoid burning.

Step 3 – Assemble the Sliders

  • Toast the mini burger buns lightly.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on each bun bottom, add a slice of tomato, and then the crispy fish fillet.
  • Top with a dollop of tartar sauce and the top bun.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice over the fish fillets right after frying.
  • If you prefer a spicier kick, mix a bit of cayenne pepper into the breadcrumb mixture.
