- 4 large pieces White fish fillets
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 8 Mini burger buns
- 8 leaves Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes sliced
- To serve Tartar sauce
Step 1 – Prepare the Fish
Gather all ingredients.
Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
After dipping each fillet in beaten eggs, coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
Note: Ensure each fillet is evenly coated for that perfect crunch.
Step 2 – Fry the Fish
To make the oil, heat it up to 375°F (190°C) in a pan or pot.
Carefully put the pieces that have been breaded into the hot oil.
It will take about 4 to 5 minutes on each side to fry until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
