  • 4 large pieces Crab cleaned and cut
  • 2 medium Onions finely chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes pureed

  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • To taste Salt
  • As required Water
  • For garnish Fresh coriander chopped

Instructions
 

Prepping the Base

  • Heat oil in a large pot.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  • Toss in the onions and sauté until golden.
  • Mix in garlic and ginger paste, stirring until fragrant.
