- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 packet 7g Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ cup Tomato sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup Pepperoni slices
- ½ cup Green bell pepper sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion sliced
Making the Dough
Mix sugar and yeast with warm water in a big bowl. Wait about five minutes until it foams up.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Combine the dough until it starts to stick together.
Put the dough on a surface that has a little flour on it. Knead it for about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Assembling the Pizza
