Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Chicken breasts pounded thin
  • 12 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 Slider buns
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Grab a cutting board and put your chicken breasts on it.
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning should be used on both sides.

Assemble the Sliders

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brush a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Insert the bottom halves of the slider buns into the dish.
  • Top each bun with a piece of chicken, a spoonful of marinara sauce, a slice of mozzarella, and a sprinkle of parmesan.
  • Cover with the upper halves of the buns.
  • Brush the tops with a little olive oil and sprinkle with more Italian seasoning.

Bake the Sliders

  • The buns should be golden and the cheese should be bubbling after 20 to 25 minutes in a hot oven.

Notes

  • Variations: Feel free to mix in some provolone or asiago for different cheese flavors.
