  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Red onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Dried rosemary

Instructions
 

Marinating the Steak

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Add the steak tips to the marinade, making sure each piece is well-coated.
  • To achieve optimal results, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight.

Getting the Grill Ready

  • Turn the heat up to medium-high on your grill or skillet.
  • Lightly oil the grate or pan to prevent sticking.

Grilling to Perfection

  • Remove steak tips from the marinade, letting excess drip off.
  • Place them on the grill or skillet, leaving space between each piece.
  • Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preference.

Resting Before Serving

  • Once done, transfer the steak tips to a plate.
  • Cover loosely with foil and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra flavor boost, try adding a splash of red wine vinegar to the marinade.
  • If using a skillet, ensure it’s smoking hot before adding the steak tips.
