- 2 medium Carrots diced
- 2 stalks Celery diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 500 grams Ground beef Halal
- 1 can 400g Canned diced tomatoes
- 4 cups Beef broth Halal
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
- 1 can 400g Kidney beans, drained
- 1 can 400g Corn, drained
Preparing Your Base
